The Chiefs announced Tuesday that they have waived quarterback Terrelle Pryor, linebacker Jo Jo Dickson, long snapper Jorgen Hus and receiver Corbin Louks.

The cuts bring the Chiefs' roster total to 79, which gives them room to sign up to 11 undrafted free agents — none of which have been officially announced.

Pryor, 25, is a dual-threat quarterback who is listed at 6 feet 4 and 233 pounds. He played 14 games for the Oakland Raiders in 2012 and 2013 and completed 170 of 302 passes (56.3 percent) for 1,963 yards, nine touchdowns and 12 interceptions. He also rushed 93 times for 627 yards and three touchdowns.

The Raiders, however, dealt Pryor to the Seattle Seahawks in April for a seventh-round pick. He completed 21 of 39 passes for 281 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in the preseason but was released before the season.

The Chiefs still have four quarterbacks on the roster in Alex Smith, Chase Daniel, Tyler Bray and Aaron Murray — a fifth-round pick in 2014.

The Chiefs signed Hus, Louks and Dickson to reserve-futures deals in January. Dickson spent part of the 2014 season on the Chiefs' practice squad.
