Defensive backs Phillip Gaines and Leon McQuay are inactive for the Chiefs game against the Chargers on Saturday night.

McQuay, a safety, was elevated from the practice squad this week following a season-ending injury to safety Steven Terrell.

Also inactive for the Chiefs: quarterback Tyler Bray, linebacker Ramik Wilson, offensive lineman Parker Ehinger, defensive lineman Justin Hamilton and cornerback Keith Reaser.

For the Chargers, the big news is that standout cornerback Casey Hayward is active. He had been dealing with a calf injury.
