Chiefs Pro Bowl safety Eric Berry missed his second day of training-camp practice Wednesday because of a nagging heel injury.

Berry sat out last Thursday’s preseason opener because of the injury and practiced for three days before leaving the field on Tuesday with what coach Andy Reid called “inflammation” in the heel.

Fullback Anthony Sherman missed practice on Wednesday to be with his wife, Jessica, who is expecting a child.
