Colts receiver Reggie Wayne arrives at training camp in an IndyCar
Indianapolis Colts receiver Reggie Wayne knows how to make an entrance.
Wayne showed up at training camp in Anderson, Ind., on Wednesday in an IndyCar driven by Ed Carpenter, who was on the pole at this year’s Indianapolis 500.
“I enjoyed every single bit of that,” Wayne said on the Colts web site. “I’m a guy that likes speed and this is one way to get that into you.”
Wayne missed the final half of the 2013 season with an ACL injury, so he was eager to show he was ready for camp:
