Report: Former Jayhawk Aqib Talib under investigation in Dallas assault

A Denver television station is reporting that former Kansas cornerback Aqib Talib and his brother are being investigated for aggravated assault.

According to the report Aqib and Yaqub Talib were part of a physical altercation in Dallas. The station quoted a police report that said a gun was fired in the club.

From the TV station’s report: “The brothers then left that club in a white Range Rover and a white Jaguar and went to the XTC Cabaret on N. Stemmons Freeway. There, police caught up to the pair and questioned and released them.”
