Report: Paul Pierce to sign with Washington Wizards

According to reports from USA Today and ESPN, former Kansas star Paul Pierce agreed to a two-year contract Saturday with the Washington Wizards.

Pierce, 36, averaged 13.5 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.4 assists last season with the Brooklyn Nets.

Pierce played his first 15 seasons with the Boston Celtics before joining the Nets for last season. The former Kansas standout is a 10-time All-Star. He has scored 25,031 points in his career.
