Royals players meet privately with two brothers of Caleb Schwab
Meeting the defending World Series champions can’t erase the horrible accident that took the life of Caleb Schwab. But it likely was a great diversion.
On Saturday, several Royals players met privately at Kauffman Stadium with Nathan and Alex Schwab, the eldest sons of Scott and Michele of Olathe.
Caleb Schwab, 10, died Aug. 7 when he rode down Verrückt, the world’s tallest water slide at the Schlitterbahn water park in Kansas City, Kan. The death is under investigation.
