Fans show Royals the love: words of gratitude for the 2014 season
We put out a call for you, the fans and Star readers, to share your words of gratitude for the season the Royals gave us in 2014. And we were overwhelmed by your response.
We wish we could print every word, but that would take up a special section of its own. Instead, here are some highlights.

I wanted to say thank you to the Royals and even the fans that came out to the Stadium. This was my third season working in the Parking Lot. I worked during the All-Star Game Series and both my daughter & I worked out in the Parking Lots in the last two months and fans have been really wonderful, specially if you have a bad time in one area that there is someone there that will lift you up.

Since I was born in ’81 I have gone to at least 20 Royals home openers with my dad. 2014 was the first year where we got to experience a Royals Postseason game together and it was Game 7 of the World Series! A new memory that will forever be remembered!
