Here’s how to watch and stream Kansas City Royals spring training game this week

Here are three words that are sure to warm the hearts of sports fans:

Baseball is back.

The Royals have won their first three spring-training games, and highlight videos of the players have been widely circulated on social media.

But fans will have their first chance to watch the boys in blue this week. Thursday’s Cactus League game against the Brewers in Phoenix will air on FanDuel Sports Network Kansas City (FDSNKC). That’s the rebranded name of Bally Sports Kansas City.

First pitch is set for 2:10 p.m.

How to watch

The game will be on cable for fans in the Kansas City area. Here are some of those cable networks: Charter Spectrum, Comcast Xfinity, Cox, DirecTV, Fubo, U-verse TV and Xtream.

It also will be streamed on the FanDuel Sports Network app. If you have a cable subscription, you can access the app for free. For people who cut the cord but want to stream the game, it’ll be available at fanduelsportsnetwork.com or on the FanDuel Sports Network app.

You’ll need to sign up for a subscription (for a month or the full Royals season).

If you are an Amazon subscriber, you can watch the FanDuel Sports Network on Prime. It’s an add-on cost and you’ll have to spend the same amount as those who pay for FanDuel Sports Network without a Prime account.
