With storms in a forecast, here’s Royals’ rain policy: Hang on to that ticket

If bad weather forces the cancellation of any games, fans with tickets will want to hang on to their tickets until the Royals announce what the policy will be for ticket holders.

Here’s the Royals’ official rainout policy:

“In the event that an event is canceled or postponed because of rain, inclement weather conditions, or other reasons beyond the control of the Royals, tickets will be subject to the Royals’ announced rainout policy for the specific Event. Please retain your ticket until the Royals announce the rainout policy for the Event, which the Royals may do through the media or royals.com.”
