They Royals’ reign as champions made it through October.
The World Series winner will be determined this week when the Cleveland Indians play host to the Chicago Cubs for Game 6 on Tuesday. If needed, there will be a Game 7 on Wednesday.
Not long after the winning team clutches the final out, there will be a parade and celebration. Undoubtedly, Royals fans will lovingly remember last November when the Royals rallied for 7-2 win over the Mets in 12 innings.
After that came the parade and the celebration at Union Station. The city turned blue and it seemed like everyone was happy.
