Rockhurst quarterback T.J. Green will continue football career as walk-on at Northwestern
Rockhurst High School quarterback T.J. Green will attend Northwestern as a preferred walk-on for the football team, he announced via Twitter on Monday night.
Green, the son of former Chiefs quarterback Trent Green, was the Missouri Gatorade player of the year after he led Rockhurst to the Missouri Class 6 state championship game, where it lost 31-24 to Christian Brothers College. Green threw for 2,651 yards and 33 touchdowns in his senior season.
