SCHOOL: Fort Osage

YEAR: Senior

Thompson, a quarterback, threw three touchdowns and ran for three more in a 42-10 win against Park Hill last week in the Missouri Class 5 state quarterfinals. He completed 13 of 19 passes for 232 yards and ran for another 131 yards for the Indians.

Kansas: Christian Jegen

SCHOOL: Mill Valley

YEAR: Senior

Jegen led the Jaguars to a 56-21 victory against Pittsburg last week in the Kansas Class 5A state quarterfinals. He scored three touchdowns on the ground, with 170 rushing yards in 19 carries. He also had three TDs through the air, with five receptions for 103 yards. He also had three tackles on defense.
