Missouri: Norvell Trent

SCHOOL: Center

YEAR: Junior

In a Missouri Class 4 district semifinal win against Grandview last week, Trent ran for 330 yards and three touchdowns — all of them on lengthy carries. He found the end zone on rushes of 74, 51 and 39 yards.

Kansas: Dylan Streeter

SCHOOL: St. James Academy

YEAR: Junior

Streeter rushed for 243 yards and two first-half touchdowns in the Thunder’s 26-7 victory last week against Bonner Springs. St. James avenged the loss that kept it out of the Class 5A state tournament last season.
