Here’s the Suburban Conference Week 11 high school football review, including team’s overall record, conference record, last week’s result, this week’s opponent and a comment. The Missouri high school football district playoffs end this week.

Suburban Gold Conference

1. Blue Springs South (11-0, 5-0)

Beat Jefferson City 48-21; Fri. at Francis Howell

The Jaguars face their second state-ranked opponent in as many weeks — this time against an undefeated team.

2. Blue Springs (6-5, 4-1)

Beat Raymore-Peculiar 14-12; Fri. at Kickapoo

The Wildcats have won six of seven, the latest one with help from a defense that formulated its best outing of the season.

3. Raymore-Peculiar (6-5, 2-3)

Lost to Blue Springs 14-12; Season over

Baylee Custer caught a fourth-quarter touchdown pass, but the Panthers couldn’t convert the game-tying two-point conversion attempt.

4. Lee’s Summit West (6-5, 1-4)

Lost to Kickapoo 26-7; Season over

After a first-quarter touchdown, the Titans’ offense couldn’t muster much else and averaged only 3.6 yards per play.

1. Park Hill (10-1, 5-0)

Beat Liberty North 10-7; Fri. at Staley

The Trojans’ defense came up with a last-minute goal-line stand to preserve a three-point win.

2. Truman (8-2, 4-1)

Beat William Chrisman 33-8; Fri. at Fort Osage

Quarterback Dean Clemons and running back Jordan Salima combined for four rushing touchdowns.

3. St. Joseph Central (4-7, 2-3)

Lost to Staley 27-0; Season over

The Indians had averaged 37.4 points over the past five games before being shut out Friday.

Suburban White Conference

1. Staley (9-1, 5-1)

Beat St. Joseph Central 27-0; Fri. vs. Park Hill

The Falcons pitched their fifth shutout, and Julian Ross added three rushing touchdowns.

2. Fort Osage (9-1, 5-1)

Beat Raytown 40-21; Fri. vs. Truman

Quarterback Skylar Thompson led a comeback effort with five touchdowns — three on the ground and two through the air.

3. Liberty North (8-3, 5-1)

Lost to Park Hill 10-7; Season over

The Eagles drove the ball down to the 1-yard line in the final two minutes but couldn’t punch in the game-winning score.

4. Raytown (4-7, 2-4)

Lost to Fort Osage 40-21; Season over

The Bluejays took an early 14-point lead and put a scare into the state’s third-ranked team in Missouri Class 5.

5. William Chrisman (4-7, 2-4)

Lost to Truman 33-8; Season over

The loss ends a successful season for the Bears, who had won only two games from 2013-14.

Suburban Blue Conference

1. Kearney (10-1, 5-0)

Beat Savannah 42-6; Fri. vs. Platte County

Quarterback Logan Hinck threw three touchdowns on only 10 pass attempts, and he also ran for a touchdown.

2. Belton (8-3, 4-1)

Beat Smith-Cotton 54-28; Fri. at Carthage

The Pirates handed Smith-Cotton its first loss, with six rushing touchdowns combined from Zach Willis and Justus Shaw.

3. Platte County (8-3, 2-3)

Beat Smithville 23-7; Fri. at Kearney

Michael McNair rushed for 115 yards and three touchdowns to set up a rematch with Kearney.

4. Grandview (6-5, 3-2)

Lost to Center 49-6; Season over

The Bulldogs had no answer for Center running back Norvell Trent, who ran for 330 yards and three touchdowns.

5. Raytown South (4-7, 1-4)

Lost to Raytown South 41-0; Season over

The Cardinals had scored at least 14 points in each of their first 10 games before being shut out Friday.

6. Winnetonka (1-9, 0-5)
