Woods threw a perfect game with seven strikeouts in a 6-0 victory against Bonner Springs last week. He is 3-1 this season with a 1.53 ERA through 23 2/3 innings and has 21 strikeouts. He is also hitting .358 with seven RBIs and has yet to strike out.

After opening the season as a defender, Ginther has excelled in a switch to an offensive role. She has 25 goals and 10 assists this season, including 11 goals over three victories last week in the Belton Invitational. The Eagles earned their first tournament championship in school history.
