Wilson, a pitcher, led the Pioneers to a 10-0 victory against Harmon in the season-opener with a perfect game. He followed that with a four-inning start against Topeka High on Saturday, where he took a no-decision. Through two starts, Wilson has 21 strikeouts and just one walk.

Bailey won three events — the high jump, long jump and 100-meter hurdles — on Saturday at the Ron Ives Invitational at Liberty High School. Bailey's high jump of 5 feet, 6 inches and long jump of 17 feet, 10 inches places her among the top registered marks in Missouri this season.
