Another week of Kansas City-area high school football is in the books, and now it’s time to vote for your high school Player of the Week
This season, The Star is holding a weekly poll for readers to vote on their chosen student-athlete. The poll will be posted online each Wednesday, with voting open until Thursday night, and the winner announced each Friday.
For this poll, The Star is asking high school football coaches around the metro for their nominations. This week, we heard from schools from Kansas City, Liberty, Olathe, Independence and more.
Every Monday after the games are finished, The Star will ask coaches to submit nominations for their players to be recognized.
