Nicole Kallenberger

SCHOOL: Lee's Summit West

SPORT: Track and field

Following in her sister's footsteps, Kallenberger broke the Missouri track and field state meet pole vault record last Saturday, when she cleared the bar at 12 feet, 10.5 inches to win the Class 5 state title. That narrowly bested the previous mark of 12-10, which her sister, Brittany Kallenberger, set in 2012.

Hogan shutout top-seeded Bishop Carroll 7-0 last week in a Kansas Class 5A state quarterfinal game, then came into the game the next day to notch a save in the championship game.
