The Star’s high school athletes of the week (April 2)

Morgan Hensley

SCHOOL: Blue Springs

YEAR: Junior

SPORT: Soccer

Hensley scored all four goals in Blue Springs’ 4-3 win against Liberty North in the championship game of the Platte County soccer tournament. She finished the three-game tournament with six goals and two assists for the Wildcats, who are 4-0.

Justin Orpin

SCHOOL: Pleasant Hill

YEAR: Senior

SPORT: Golf

Orpin shot an 81 to win the seven-team Oak Grove golf tournament last week at the par-72 Adams Pointe Golf Club. His performance helped lead Pleasant Hill to a first-place team finish.
