Missouri high school football Week 7 state rankings released

Four days after clinching its first winning season in 35 years, the William Chrisman football program was rewarded in the Missouri state football poll.

The Bears, 6-0, defeated Staley 43-39 on Friday, a statement victory that puts them in the driver’s seat for the Suburban White Conference championship.

On Tuesday, they moved up to No. 5 in the Class 5 rankings. They were unranked last week.
