See Kansas City’s World Cup jersey in limited-edition host city collection
FIFA has introduced limited-edition World Cup host city jerseys, and Kansas City’s was among the first released.
The price: $375.
There are 999 jerseys for each of the host cities. Late last week, Kansas City joined New York/New Jersey, Boston and Seattle as the first to hit the FIFA website.
The front of the jerseys take their design from the host city’s official poster art, and the back includes the World Cup logo and the name of the city.
Kansas City’s jersey includes elements from both Missouri and Kansas, including references to Kansas City.
The jerseys come in six sizes. Each is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
