▪ OUTLOOK: The Kangaroos are 10-15 overall and 5-3 in the Western Athletic Conference, tied for second with Grand Canyon. They’ve had a week to think about last Saturday’s loss to New Mexico State, which got away from them late in the second half. UMKC’s next victory will be its 11th, the most since 2011, when the ’Roos finished 16-14. They’re looking for their first victory at Chicago State since 2006. Chicago State, 6-19 and 2-6, got off to a lousy start this season but has won two of its last three. The only loss was in overtime to New Mexico State.
