▪ WHEN/WHERE: 5 p.m. Saturday at Mizzou Arena in Columbia

▪ TV/RADIO: ESPNU; KMBZ (98.1 FM)

▪ ABOUT MISSOURI (7-15, 1-8 SEC): The Tigers led 31-24 at halftime Jan. 21 in College Station, Texas, but wound up losing 62-50 after shooting eight of 24 in the second half. MU got outscored 38-19 after halftime. Missouri has lost eight straight games, matching the longest streak since 1973-74. The last time the Tigers lost more than eight straight games was a 12-game skid in 1966-67 during Bob Vanatta’s final season. Norm Stewart was hired the following season. Senior guard Keith Shamburger dished a season-high 11 assists against Alabama on Wednesday, the most in the SEC this season.

▪ ABOUT TEXAS A&M (15-6, 6-3 SEC): The Aggies had a six-game win streak snapped Wednesday at Mississippi in a 69-59 loss. The same Rebels team smacked Missouri 67-47 last Saturday at Mizzou Arena. A&M is 3-2 on the road in SEC play this season, including wins at LSU, Tennessee and Auburn. Guards Jalen Jones and Danuel House scored 16 apiece in helping the Aggies rally past the Tigers last month, but MU did a decent job against forward Kourtney Roberson, who only scored four points in 24 minutes.
