Missouri football lands commitment from New Orleans defensive end Josh Smith

Missouri landed its second commitment in the 2018 recruiting class Monday when Landry-Walker defensive end Josh Smith from New Orleans tweeted his pledge.

Smith — a 6-foot-4, 230-pound prospect — announced his decision on Twitter, saying he’s “100 percent committed to the University of Missouri.”

He joins Blue Springs defensive end Daniel Parker Jr. among players entering their junior season in high school who’ve committed to the Tigers.
