▪ ABOUT MISSOURI (5-3): The Tigers have won three consecutive games since a three-game skid that included a hard-fought loss at Xavier and disappointing losses to Kansas State and Northwestern in the CBE Classic at the Sprint Center. Missouri has lost 16 consecutive games away from home, but coach Kim Anderson’s squad has had at least four players in double figures each of the last three games.
▪ ABOUT ARIZONA (8-1): The Wildcats own the nation’s longest home winning streak at 43 consecutive games. Coach Sean Miller’s squad was picked to win the Pac-12 and has reached back-to-back Elite Eights during the NCAA Tournament. Starting center Kaleb Tarczewski suffered a stress reaction and strained muscle in his left foot on Thanksgiving and won’t return until next month. Senior Ryan Anderson leads the Wildcats with 9.4 rebounds per game.
