Missouri will host SEC Nation ahead of Nov. 1 Kentucky game

It’s probably not the game many expected SEC Nation to show up at Missouri for, but ESPN announced Thursday that the SEC Network’s pregame show would be at Memorial Stadium on Nov. 1 when the Tigers tussle with Kentucky.

The Wildcats, who will host SEC Nation on campus Oct. 25 for a battle with Mississippi State, are 2-1 in conference play and sit in a three-way tie for second behind Missouri with Florida and Georgia in the East division.

SEC Nation is similar to ESPN’s College GameDay except that it focuses strictly on the SEC conference.

Joe Tessitore serves as the show’s host along with Tim Tebow, Marcus Spears, Paul Finebaum and reporter Kaylee Hartung.

SEC Nation, which will make an appearance at every campus this season, plans to set up on the Francis Quadrangle, using Missouri’s columns as a backdrop for the two-hour show, which airs from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Kickoff time and broadcast information for Kentucky at Missouri has yet to be announced.
