Missouri football safety Shawn Robinson entered the transfer portal on Wednesday.

Robinson originally joined the Tigers as a quarterback transfer from TCU prior to the 2019 season. He started two games at quarterback in 2020 before losing the job to Connor Bazelak and moving to the defensive side of the ball. Bazelak has since entered the transfer portal as well.

In 2021, Robinson played in eight games at safety, starting four, before suffering an undisclosed injury. He had 31 tackles, one interception, one sack and one pass deflection.

Robinson, who enters the portal as a graduate student, will have one season of eligibility remaining.
