About Texas A&M (16-14, 10-8 SEC): The Aggies finished a successful first season under coach Buzz Williams, guiding them to the No. 7 seed in the SEC Tournament. They’re led by Josh Nebo, a forward who combined for 32 points against Mizzou in their two games. Texas A&M defeated Mizzou twice in the regular season, out-toughing the Tigers in their wins. KenPom has them No. 131.

About Missouri (15-16, 7-11 SEC): The Tigers finished strong, following up a 2-7 start to SEC play with a 5-4 finish. They’ve been led by guards Xavier Pinson and Dru Smith, both in double-figure scoring for the season. With the addition of Jeremiah Tilmon and Mark Smith back from injury, Mizzou looks like a potentially dangerous team heading into the postseason. KenPom ranks them No. 97.

Prediction: The public will not be alllowed to attend this game at Bridgestone Arena. While the Aggies took both games in the regular season, Mizzou looks like a completely different team from them. As long as the Tigers can stay pace with the Aggies in the rebounding battle, it should be a close game. We’ll say Mizzou comes out on top to reach the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament.

Missouri 68, Texas A&M 64
