Missouri coach Kim Anderson said freshman guard Tramaine Isabell has been reinstated from suspension Monday on his Tiger Talk weekly radio show.

Isabell missed the last five games for his attitude in practice and behavior toward teammates and coaches in games and in practice, Anderson said when he announced the suspension.

In 20 games this season, Isabell is averaging 4.5 points with 1.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game.

Isabell last played Jan. 29 against Kentucky.

Anderson said earlier Monday during the weekly SEC teleconference that he not made a decision about Isabell’s status for Wednesday’s game at Arkansas, which tips off at 8 p.m. on the SEC Network.

Isabell’s return should help take pressure off senior Keith Shamburger at point guard.

Shamburger barely came off the floor Saturday against Mississippi State in the Tigers’ first game since losing sophomore point guard Wes Clark for the season because of a dislocated right elbow.
