▪ Education: Graduated from Garland High School in 1989 and earned bachelor’s from Lindenwood College in St. Charles, Mo., in 1994

▪ Playing experience: Played football and soccer at Garland High and football at Lindenwood, where he was a four-year starter at wide receiver and team captain from 1992-93.

▪ Family: Wife, Raynee, and two daughters, Averie (15) and Alexa (10)
