Junior-college defensive end gives KU 22nd football commitment
Junior college defensive end Anthony Olobia is the latest commitment for Kansas coach Charlie Weis.
Olobia, a three-star prospect from Arizona Western Community College, verbally committed to KU late on Monday night, according to Rivals.com. The decision came just hours after junior college running back De’Andre Mann committed to KU, and it now gives the Jayhawks 22 players in their 2014 recruiting class.
The list of commitments, which includes three junior college players who have already signed, features nine junior college players overall. National signing day is Feb. 5.
