Houston wide receiver Darious Crawley pledges to KU
The Kansas football program landed some help for its beleaguered receiver corps Friday, picking up a verbal commitment from Darious Crawley of Cypress Ridge High School in Houston.
Crawley, a three-star recruit, picked the Jayhawks over Michigan State, his other finalist, according to Rivals.com. He also had interest from Iowa State, Houston and Colorado State, among others.
Crawley, 5 feet 11 and 191 pounds, becomes the 20th member of KU’s 2014 class.
