Kansas’ basketball matchup with Michigan State in the Champions Classic on Nov. 17 will anchor ESPN’s 2015 College Hoops Tip-Off Marathon, the network announced Tuesday.

The Jayhawks are set to tip off against the Spartans at 9 p.m. Central at the United Center in Chicago, the second of two games at the Champions Classic. Defending NCAA champion Duke will face Kentucky at 6:30 p.m. in the first game of the early-season showcase event.

It’s Kansas’ fifth appearance in the Champions Classic. The Jayhawks are 1-3 in the event, including a blowout loss to Kentucky last season and a loss to Michigan State in Atlanta during the 2012-13 season. Kansas’ lone victory came against Duke at the United Center in 2013-14.
