KU Jayhawks, Indiana Hoosiers schedule basketball game in an NFL stadium: Details

The Kansas Jayhawks men’s basketball team will play Indiana as part of the 2027 Hall of Fame Series Las Vegas, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced Sunday.

Duke will play Arizona in the other half of a one-day college hoops doubleheader on Nov. 12, 2027 at Allegiant Stadium. Both games will be televised by TNT Sports networks and platforms.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public in 2026.

Allegiant Stadium, home of the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders and Super Bowl LVIII, will also serve as the site for the 2028 NCAA men’s Final Four. This will mark the first college basketball event in Allegiant Stadium.

The inaugural Hall of Fame Series took place in 2023 in Las Vegas, Charlotte, San Antonio, Toronto and Phoenix and the series continues in 2024 with stops in Las Vegas (Nov. 4), Phoenix (Nov. 14), Baltimore (Nov. 15) and New York (Dec. 14).

KU and Indiana are tied 8-8 in their all-time series. Most recently, the Jayhawks defeated Indiana 75-71 on Dec. 16, 2023 in Bloomington, Indiana. The previous season, KU beat the Hoosiers 84-62 at Allen Fieldhouse.
