Kansas game prediction

Look, the Jayhawks have to end their losing streak sometime.

This could be the perfect game for that. Not only is KU well-rested, but the Jayhawks are favorites for the first time in a while.

The most significant focus for KU’s defense will be containing Houston QB Zeon Chriss. His ability to scramble could be a problem. KU has struggled all season in this department, and Chriss had 11 carries for 97 yards vs. TCU last week.

If KU quarterback Jalon Daniels can play mistake-free football, which he did for the most part in the Jayhawks’ most recent game (at Arizona State), this could be the weekend the losing streak finally ends.

Prediction: KU 28, UH 21

Shreyas’ pick to cover: KU (-6.5)

Shreyas’ record: 2-4

Shreyas’ record against the spread: 3-3
