Kansas game prediction
The key for the Jayhawks on defense will be stopping Mountaineers running backs Jaheim White and CJ Donaldson Jr.
WVU averaged 228.9 yards per game on the ground last season, and this season the duo has already combined for 425 yards and five touchdowns.
On the flip side, KU’s offensive success will ultimately come down to the following: Can quarterback Jalon Daniels stop turning the ball over? He’s thrown six interceptions through three games.
Luckily for Daniels, the West Virginia secondary is one of the worst in the Big 12. That’s a big reason why I believe the Jayhawks will bounce back and end their losing streak.
Prediction: Kansas 35, WVU 28
Shreyas’ pick to cover: KU (-2.5)
Shreyas’ record: 1-2
Shreyas’ record against the spread: 2-1
