Kansas State trails Pittsburgh 30-27 at halftime in Maui Invitational third-place game

Kansas State is involved in another close game at the Maui Invitational.

After one half of basketball, the Wildcats trail Pittsburgh 30-27 in the tournament’s third-place game.

Thomas Gipson has led K-State with nine points, while Marcus Foster has scored seven.

James Robinson has led Pittsburgh with 10 points.

The difference so far has been three-point shooting. The Wildcats have made one of seven. The Panthers have made four of seven.

Both teams won their opening games at this event but lost on Tuesday.
