The Wildcats, who were thumped 41-20 by TCU on Saturday night, dropped from from ninth to 13th. K-State is also 13th in the coaches’ poll.

For the fifth straight week, the top two are Mississippi State and Florida State. Oregon jumped to No. 3 past Alabama, which remained No. 4. TCU moved up a spot to fifth after beating K-State.

Baylor climbed four places to sixth after romping at Oklahoma 48-14. The Sooners dropped out of the rankings for the first time since the final poll of 2009.

Despite not playing last week, Nebraska moved from 15th to 11th.
