How to watch K-State basketball games at Cayman Islands Classic without a TV provider

You won’t find the Kansas State men’s basketball team on any traditional TV provider or popular streaming service this week.
It doesn’t matter if you have cable TV, satellite TV, YouTubeTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime or a subscription to ESPN+. None of them are carrying the Cayman Islands Classic holiday basketball tournament over the next three days.
There is only one way to watch the Wildcats play three games at that event this week, starting with a 6:30 p.m. tip on Monday against Rhode Island. It requires a subscription to the streaming website FloHoops.
The cheapest subscription option is $29.99 a month. There is no free trial. This is a classic pay-per-view tournament that will be seen only by die-hard fans.
K-State fans have already experienced something similar to this. When the Wildcats played their first true road game of the Jerome Tang era at California, the contest was only available on Pac-12 Network. But there was a way to stream that game with a free trial through FuboTV. No such luck this time.
The Wildcats were last on FloHoops in 2018 when they won the Paradise Jam.
The Cayman Islands Classic is an eight-team tournament that will feature 12 games over the course of the next three days. Illinois State and LSU get the event started at 10 a.m. on Monday inside John Gray Gym in Grand Cayman. The other opening games are Akron vs. Western Kentucky, Nevada vs. Tulane and Rhode Island vs. K-State.
If K-State wins its first game it will take on the winner of Nevada and Tulane at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. If K-State falls to Rhode Island it will face the loser of Nevada/Tulane at 4 p.m. in the loser’s bracket.
The tournament’s championship game will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
