Norway vs Sweden Lineups, Score, Live Streaming, How and Where to Watch on TV

Norway will host Sweden in Oslo as both teams continue their preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Norway has qualified for the World Cup for the first time since 1998, ending a long absence from football's biggest stage. The friendly against Sweden gives head coach Ståle Solbakken another opportunity to assess his squad before the competition begins.

In their last two international matches, Norway failed to win either of them, suffering a 2-1 defeat against the Netherlands on March 27 before playing out a goalless draw with Switzerland four days later.

Despite those results, Norway remains confident thanks to a talented squad led by Erling Haaland, Martin Ødegaard and several players now competing at the highest level of European football.

At the World Cup, Norway has been drawn into a tough Group I alongside Iraq, Senegal and France.

Meanwhile, Sweden arrives in Oslo after securing its World Cup place through the European playoffs. The Swedes produced two dramatic victories in March, defeating Ukraine 3-1 before edging past Poland 3-2 to book their ticket to the tournament.

The Swedish squad features a mix of experienced internationals and emerging talent. Players such as Alexander Isak and Anthony Elanga are expected to play important roles as Sweden prepares for the World Cup.

Sweden has been placed alongside tough opponents Tunisia, Netherlands and Japan in Group F.
