It’s time for Kansas State football fans to start marking their calendars.

Kickoff times and TV information have been announced for the Wildcats’ first three games of the 2026 season, which will see new K-State football coach Collin Klein lead his team against Nicholls, Washington State and Tulane before Big 12 play begins.

K-State will begin the season at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5 at Bill Snyder Family Stadium in a nonconference game that will be streamed on ESPN+.

A week later, the Wildcats will host Washington State at 11 a.m. That game will be televised nationally on both TNT and HBO Max.

The following Saturday, K-State will conclude the nonconference portion of its schedule with a home game against Tulane at 11 a.m. That game will be televised on ESPN2.

Nicholls and Tulane are both familiar opponents for K-State.

The Wildcats defeated the Colonels 49-14 in 2019. They also faced Tulane at home in 2022 and on the road in 2024. This game will mark the end of a three-game series against the Green Wave.

Washington State is new. The Wildcats and Cougars will be meeting for the first time.

In addition to the game time and television designations for the first three games, ESPN also announced that it will carry K-State’s game at Arizona State on October 24 on one of its networks. Start time and exact TV info will be announced for that matchup at a later time.
