Deion Sanders Celebrates Girlfriend Karrueche Tran's 38th Birthday
Deion Sanders celebrated his girlfriend's 38th birthday over the weekend.
The University of Colorado Buffaloes head football coach is dating model and actress Karrueche Tran. Sanders and Tran have been publicly dating for about a year. Over the weekend, Tran celebrated her birthday.
The ex-girlfriend of hip-hop star Chris Brown grabbed attention with a birthday photoshoot on a boat.
"Big 38 🍓❤️💥," she wrote.
Sanders and Tran have often been spotted at various events, including Colorado football games. Coach Prime recently jokingly accused his younger girlfriend of "abusing" his Nike connections.
"How do you feel when somebody abuses the privilege of Nike?" Sanders previously asked Tran and his daughter, Deiondra. "How do you feel when somebody just abuses it?"
"Another person, they just take advantage," Sanders continued. He then looked to Tran and added, "Like the other day, I just happened to find two boxes in my office... I don't know where it came from."
Sanders, meanwhile, is looking ahead to the NFL season
Coach Prime is very excited to see what his son's team, the Cleveland Browns, can do in 2026.
Sanders appeared on The Barbershop with Garrett Bush and made it clear he's high on the Browns.
"Look at that rookie class last season," Deion said. "The rookie class this season, who I know they haven't played, they haven't put it on grass. But they're building something that is tremendous, and they're not too far away. Of course, they need stability at the quarterback position. Of course, they need stability on the offensive line. Everything else, to me, they got it. They got it."
He's been bothered by the Myles Garrett trade talks, too.
"They got a killer on defense, I'm tired of y'all talking about trading him and getting rid of him," Deion said. "That don't make no sense to me. That's a once in a lifetime man. That's a once in a lifetime man that you don't see no more. I don't get rid of that. Unless I could get your mama, daddy, your uncle, cousins, and everybody in a trade for that. Because that's a grown man. That's a winner. That's a winner."
Perhaps we'll Coach Prime and his 38-year-old girlfriend at some Browns games in 2026.
