Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump Confirm Their Relationship is Strong After His Rehab
Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump are still going strong.
The longtime PGA Tour star left the United States for Europe a couple of weeks ago. He was arrested for DUI in late March.
"I know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today," the 15-time major champion said in a statement posted to his social media accounts. "I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health. This is necessary in order for me to prioritize my well-being and work toward lasting recovery.
"I'm committed to taking the time needed to return to a healthier, stronger, and more focused place, both personally and professionally. I appreciate your understanding and support, and ask for privacy for my family, loved ones and myself at this time."
Woods has since returned, though.
Many speculated about Woods' relationship with Vanessa Trump in the wake of his arrest. Will they stay together? Will they face scrutiny?
Vanessa Trump has young children. It's possible that she wouldn't want Woods, following his arrest, to be around them.
But they appear to still be going strong.
Tiger, Vanessa still going strong
The couple is still going strong, according to a report from Page Six.
"Vanessa and Tiger are in love, still serious, and happy to see each other," the source said.
Vanessa Trump, meanwhile, is reportedly "eager to help him continue with his progress and move beyond any more public scandals - which they both dislike intensely."
"Vanessa is a busy mom, which for the most part does not get in the way of the overall vibe of her relationship with Tiger, [who is] also busy with his life, golf, charity, video game work projects and kids," the source added.
"Each was glad to see the other, although they kept in touch while he was away," a second source added. "Both of them have responsibilities outside of their personal lives and that factors [into] how much time they can spend together. But each has an ex to share the kids with, so they have had enough time to keep the romance going."
