Forza Horizon 6: 8 Big Reveals Ahead of Launch
It is officially launch week for Forza Horizon 6. The latest entry in the open-world racing franchise launches May 19, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam and Xbox Game Pass. Players who purchase the Premium Edition or Premium Add-On Bundle can jump in early starting May 15.
As the release approaches, YouTube creator EricShip111 recently highlighted several new details and discoveries surrounding the game ahead of launch week.
Goodbye Forza Forums
One major change involves the official Forza Forums shutting down on June 30, 2026. Microsoft is moving feedback, bug reports, and feature requests to a new Forza Feedback Portal using Atlassian accounts.
New Car Pass Vehicles
Several vehicles were reportedly spotted through preload files and Xbox Store images, including:
- Koenigsegg Gemera
- Honda Civic Type R FD2
- Audi R8 GT
- Toyota GR Corolla
- Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 Group A
The Car Pass is expected to release one vehicle per week after launch.
Auction House Returns
After speculation from parts of the community, the Auction House has officially been confirmed to return, bringing back player bidding and car marketplace trading.
Radio Stations Revealed
Playground Games has also revealed the soundtrack lineup and radio stations, including Horizon Pulse, Horizon Wave, Horizon Block Party, and Gotcha City Radio. Spotify playlists are already available ahead of release.
New Body Kits Spotted
The launch trailer also showcased new customization options, including Liberty Walk styling kits for the RX-7 along with updated visual upgrades for several returning cars.
Crunchyroll Giveaway
Crunchyroll is partnering with Horizon 6 for a limited-time giveaway that rewards eligible users with a free in-game car voucher.
Delivery Truck Customization
The new Raku Raku delivery mode appears to include customizable Honda Acty delivery trucks, adding another arcade-style activity to the Japan-based map.
New Gameplay Footage Released
Additional 60 FPS gameplay footage has also surfaced online, showing a deeper look at Tokyo City, several biomes, lighting improvements, and closer-to-launch gameplay performance.
With early access only days away, Horizon 6 continues to build momentum as more launch week details continue to surface.
