WNBA Player Olivia Nelson-Ododa Sizzles In Green Swimsuit
It only took one game for Olivia Nelson-Ododa to grab the WNBA community's attention.
Nelson-Ododa, the 19th overall pick from the 2022 WNBA Draft, started her career with the Los Angeles Sparks before being traded to the Connecticut Sun in 2023. Prior to going pro, she averaged 8.9 points and 6.7 rebounds per game for the UConn Huskies.
Although her WNBA career got off to a slow start, Nelson-Ododa had a breakout season in 2025. She averaged 8.2 points and 5.0 rebounds per game for the Sun.
Despite not having a great performance in Connecticut's 2026 season opener Friday night, Nelson-Ododa went viral for her pregame outfit.
This isn't the first time Nelson-Ododa has turned heads on social media. Towards the late stages of the WNBA offseason, she posted a swimsuit photo that left fans in awe.
"So teaaaa," Los Angeles Sparks star Cameron Brink commented.
"Perfection," a fan wrote.
"My goodness," a second fan said.
The WNBA season is just getting started.
There was some doubt the 2026 WNBA season would start on time, but thankfully the players ratified a new CBA in March.
This Saturday's schedule is loaded with the following matchups:
- Dallas Wings vs. Indiana Fever
- Phoenix Mercury vs. Las Vegas Aces
- Atlanta Dream vs. Minnesota Lynx
- Chicago Sky vs. Portland Fire
Luckily for WNBA fans, they'll get to see Paige Bueckers, Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese and A'ja Wilson in action.
