The Park University women’s volleyball team has earned its chance to win another NAIA national championship for the program.

Park, ranked No. 4 in the final coaches’ poll, rolled past No. 1 Jamestown (N.D.) on Friday night in Sioux City, Iowa. The Pirates won in straight sets, 25-15, 25-22, 25-11.

It was Jamestown’s first loss of the season, and the Jimmies’ 2021 campaign ended at 35-1.

Park, meanwhile, improved to 34-2 and is on a 31-match winning streak.

That streak will be put on the line for the NAIA title against either No. 3 Missouri Baptist or No. 7 Marian (Ind.), who were playing in Friday’s other semifinal.

The championship match is set for Saturday at 7 p.m.

Park won the national title in 2014 and again in 2018.
