GOP deserves better

I am disgusted with the hostility directed at the Republican Party.

Has it ever occurred to anyone that the hostility aimed at members of the GOP is the same as that directed at African-Americans, Hispanics, Asian-Americans, gays, lesbians and others?

Democrats are not any better. President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi have been showing us that.

I am not a Republican. I am one of millions of Americans who as third-party supporters and independents are disgusted with both parties.

On another note, who needs voter-identification laws to keep people from voting? The negative campaigns in this midterm election year have been doing an excellent job of that.
