Monday Poll results: Chiefs favored to make the playoffs — but not the Royals

Readers are fairly confident the Kansas City Chiefs are going to make the playoffs this year — but have lost confidence in the Royals getting to post-season play.

Those are two highlights from the results of this week’s Monday Poll, which drew more than 325 responses regarding the wonderful world of sports.

In addition, readers have pretty low expectations of the Rio Olympics but would like to see the Big 12 Conference add a few more schools.
