Monday Poll results: Discouraged about terrorism around the world

Terrorism attacks in France and elsewhere around the world have many people on edge. And this week’s Monday Poll shows they are discouraged by the continued violence.

The results from almost 450 respondents:

1. The terrorist attacks in Europe — and the recent upheaval in Turkey — are good reasons for Americans to cancel plans to vacation in those parts of the world this summer and fall.

2. The war on terrorism, which started under President George W. Bush, appears to be going well with President Barack Obama continuing the fight.
